This knife is large and in charge with its massive handle and blade. The handle is full tang with wooden mounts stained in a lovely gray and sealed. Brass accents compliment the handle and match the large 4 inch guard. This blade is not only broad but it is heavy and weighted in your hand the way a knife should be. This Bowie is constructed of a 440 stainless steel in a trail point style with a satin finish. Great for hunting as the sharpness of the blade makes skinning very easy.
